Master Planned Subdivision

This subdivision is a master-planned, artisan-inspired community located in Central Texas. Once completed, this subdivision will total 1,240 acres with 2,480 homes overall. SEnergy is performing electrical and gas design, with the scope of work including Engineering analysis of underground electrical distribution system; Preparation of construction drawings for underground electrical and gas systems; Providing construction specifications and general material take-offs for the installation of electric and gas URD primaries; Providing a description of major material items to be installed; Providing layout drawings to bidding entities and utility; Performing interim inspections during construction; Preparing Final “As-Built” drawings; Providing material and labor bidding document with description quantities; Answering RFIs as requested; SEnergy also designed a new substation being fed by two 138kV transmission line feeds. The scope of this project was to add a new 46.7 MVA power transformer bank including new distribution breakers, total breakers, tied breakers, and related structures. SEnergy performed engineering design, plans and drawings, construction bidding, and contracting, as well as construction coordination and inspection.

SEnergy also designed a new substation for this development fed by two 138 kV transmission lines. The substation scope of this project included a new 46.7 MVA power transformer bank, new distribution breakers, a total breaker and tie-breaker, and related structures. SEnergy performed engineering design, plans and drawings, construction bidding, and contracting, as well as construction coordination and inspection.
