SEnergy was engaged to develop a program to provide reliable electrical infrastructure to meet the growing power needs in the Delaware Basin in West Texas. The Program began with producing a long-range master plan for anticipated loads and resulted in the engineering and development of a 138 kV transmission network, including two 138 kV interconnect switchyards, 138 kV transmission lines from the interconnect stations to five strategically located 138 kV X 25 kV distribution substations, and several hundred miles of single and double-circuit overhead distribution lines to serve various oil and gas production facilities and field pumping loads. Engineering services included transmission, substation, and distribution, from concept to “As-Built” drawings and substation operation procedures. (2016-2018)
