We believe that these additions to our team will not only strengthen our service capabilities, but bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to our projects. Steve DeAses
Steve is our newest Senior Engineer leading our P&C technical team, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. He is a Professional Electrical Engineer specializing in engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all facets of power substations and distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, conductors, protection, controls, communications, and enclosures. Steve’s MBA and previous experience provide him with valuable leadership and management skills that strengthen our team.
Helena Ho
Helena brings over 30 years of technical engineering experience to the team. She is a Professional Engineer with a Master of Electrical Engineering, specializing in power systems. Helena has led substation design projects, worked in transmission planning, developed relay settings, and provided protection and control expertise for greenfield high-voltage substations and underground traction power substations.
Jenny Liu
Jenny possesses extensive knowledge of modern digital protective relays and has significant experience in calculating relay settings. She joins us from a world-class relay manufacturer and has taught university-level programming courses. Jenny has a strong technical understanding of substation design, protection and control philosophies, schemes, and applicable standards, including ANSI, IEC, and IEEE. With over 14 years of experience in electrical engineering, she holds a Master of Electrical Engineering with distinction and is licensed in Texas.
