In his role at SEnergy, Bryan is responsible for both business development and project execution, ensuring that our Clients receive not only innovative solutions, but also measurable outcomes.
Bryan leads the development and execution of market strategies, builds strong and lasting Client relationships. He also oversees proposal development and contract negotiations for both new and existing projects. His ability to align technical solutions with business objectives helps deliver value that supports growth, efficiency, and long-term success.
At the same time, Bryan provides technical leadership to project teams, ensuring that everything we do meets critical objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance. His focus on best practices and proactive risk management ensures that projects are delivered with precision and reliability.
Bryan has more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector, with a track record of supporting complex projects across:
- Power generation and cogeneration
- Distributed energy systems and microgrids
- Critical power infrastructure
His technical expertise spans a wide range of energy solutions, including:
- Gas, diesel, and specialty fuel engine-generator systems
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Generator controls, paralleling switchgear, and electrical infrastructure
Bryan also brings experience in FEED studies, estimating, financial modeling, and lifecycle costing, helping Clients and Investors evaluate technical options, project risks, and long-term value with confidence.
Before joining SEnergy, Bryan held leadership roles at industry-leading organizations such as INNIO Jenbacher, Leidos Engineering, Trystar, and Mitsubishi Engine.
