First and foremost, we performed an on-ground survey of the property under the direct supervision of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor and prepared a certified survey plat and property description of said tract. This survey was prepared in accordance with published “Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys”, jointly, established and adopted by the American Land Title Association as well as the National Society of Professional Surveyors as revised in 2021.
