Vice President of Delivery

Mark joined the team in 1998 and his current role is Vice President of Delivery. Mark is responsible for project delivery and resource management across departments within the Company, connecting project management and engineering together for success. This includes scheduling and prioritizing company engineering and consulting resources, assessing staff needs, and recruiting and assigning new staff to discipline teams to ensure core competency and training objectives are met. Mark connects project management to project production for efficient assignment of teams and resources. This position is responsible for process development and process improvements in all assigned areas to ensure processes are repeatable, scalable, and meet best practices for the industry, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met or exceeded.

Mark also manages the distribution inspection program that provides quarterly 219 work order inspections, pole-by-pole inspections, and construction milestone inspection services.

Bio / Work Experience

Prior to joining SE in 1998, Mark worked for an electric cooperative as a distribution designer focused on the design and field staking of new consumer line extension and capital improvement projects. He also worked in the material management department for a large telecommunications company where he procured and warehoused materials and equipment for overhead and underground telecommunications construction projects and line extensions.

Mark has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunication and electric distribution industries.
